What are the OKRTI Billeting Staff Duty Hours?

Billeting staff duty hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Central) Monday to Friday and 189th Regiment Drill Weekends.

The Registration Desk is not manned 24 hours a day, you are required to arrive and depart the OKRTI within the designated operating hours. However, if due to an emergency such as a flight change or delay, you are unable to arrive within the designated hours of operation, you must contact the billeting office and let them know your new arrival or departure times (24 hour advance notice is expected).

Unit/Group Reservations
Unit or Group reservations require no less than 30 days advance notice.


What are the room rates for OKRTI Billeting?

Official – $38.00 per night
Non-Official – $40.00 per night
There are no “non-chargeable” quarters available at the RTI


How can I make a room reservation at the OKRTI?

You should make room reservations as far in advance as possible. Rooms do fill up, so do not put off making reservations if you know you’re coming to the OKRTI.

If you are a TASS student enrolled in one of the courses being conducted by the 189th Regiment, you already have a room reserved and don’t need to call. Check with your Unit Readiness NCO to be sure you are reserved in The Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) for your class.

Where do I go to check in to billeting, once I arrive at the OKRTI?

Billeting registration is located in the Lobby of the East Billets.


I will be attending training at the OKRTI, do I have to share a room with another person?

The OKRTI Billeting has only single-occupancy rooms, we do not have shared or open-bay quarters.


What methods can I use to pay for my room?

OKRTI Billeting accepts cash, traveler’s checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and the U.S. Government credit card. Personal checks are not accepted.


What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?

Check-in time is 1:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.


What is the difference between the East and West Billets?

The East Billets consists of single-occupancy rooms with private bath, flat-panel television, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, telephone, radio alarm clock, individually-controlled HVAC, and maid service.

The West Billets consists of larger single-occupancy rooms with private bath, flat-panel television, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, telephone, radio alarm clock, individually-controlled HVAC, and maid service.

A few VIP quarters are available, inquire upon making your reservations.


Are bed linen and towels provided?

Each room has appropriate bed linen and bath towels. Additional blankets, pillows and towels are available upon request.


Are laundry facilities provided?

Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room on each floor. Guests must provide their own laundry soap. Irons and ironing boards may be signed out from the front desk.


What other services are available?

A Fax service is available to guests during normal desk hours of operation.
A mail drop is located at the front desk.
Rooms designed to accommodate those with special needs are available. Inquire during registration.
There is a $10.00 charge to replace a lost room key, which is refundable if you later find your key.


What recreational facilities are available at the OKRTI?

The East Billets has a large TV lounge on the ground floor with DvD player, pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and dart board. Guests may also sign out horseshoes, basketballs, softballs, volleyballs, and Frisbees. There is a fitness center is available in the gymnasium for military-use only. All guests may sign out a key to the gymnasium floor, provided that no classes are being conducted in that building.
