OKGuard, RSU agreement builds future leaders

Maj. Gen. Thomas H. The GOLD program is designed to develop and prepare individuals for commissioned officer roles in the OKARNG, equipping them with the skills needed to lead Soldiers effectively.

From 1917 to 1971, RSU was known as the Oklahoma Military Academy which has a storied history within Oklahoma as a premiere military academy. Cyber officers join OKNG through direct commissioning program

The purpose of this video is to help #OKGuard Soldiers decrease their two mile time during the Army Combat Fitness Test as well as tips for safe running practices to insure our Soldiers are always healthy, ready, and prepared.
