Official Portraits

 

The OKGuard Photo Lab provides official photos for command teams requiring a command photo. Any other OKGuard service member or employee requiring an official photo for military reasons should provide justification in the request.

The OKGuard Photo Lab is located in Building 3535 at Joint Force Headquarters in Oklahoma City. Photos are by appointment only and must be coordinated for a minimum of a week prior.

Fill out an application below to schedule an appointment. Once you submit an application, a photo lab technician will reach out to you with available dates and times.

In June 2020, the Department of Army released information that eliminated the need for DA photographs as a requirement for promotion boards. Due to this guidance, Camp Mabry does not have an official DA Photo Lab and does not take DA photos.

Print Requests

Complete the Request a Print form below. Prints pick up is by appointment only at the OKGuard Wellness Center at 6500 N. Kelley Ave. in Oklahoma City. If selecting to have your prints shipped to you, you must include your delivery address.
