Located at Camp Gruber Training Center, The 189th Regional Training Institute provides an educational atmosphere, professional leadership and staff, and highly qualified instructors in order to facilitate Comprehensive Medical Training, Officer Candidate School, and to provide support for missions as directed by the Oklahoma Army National Guard Operations Officer.
