Camp Gruber ID Card Office

**ID services are restricted to current National Guard members at this site.
For public ID Card Office information, visit

Hours of operation are only during Drill weekend.
 
The Camp Gruber Training Center ID Card office is located in the administrative building (116).
 
Contact 918-549-6003 or 918-549-6105 to make an appointment.
 
-Rapids machine is scheduled through RFMSS  -Only original documents (no copies) are accepted when updating family information in DEERS  -Soldier must have two forms of ID  -If Soldier loses ID, he or she must have a signed memorandum from their BN CDR to obtain another ID.
-This office DOES NOT make new ID cards for soldiers who have been promoted through the ranks of E-1 through E-4 unless ID card has expired
  
All other ID services should contact Tulsa ID card office.
