Casualty Support & Operations is composed of three mutually-supporting programs that work in concert to ensure that our Fallen Soldiers are honored and remembered, and that their Survivors are cared for with dignity and respect as a means to honor their sacrifice to our nation. The program also serves and cares for our Soldiers in their loss of a loved one.
Military Funeral Honors: Render professional military funeral honors, in accordance with service tradition, to all eligible veterans when requested by an authorized family member.
Survivor Outreach Services: To embrace and reassure Survivors that they are continually linked to the Army Family through a unified support program that enables them to remain an important part of the Army for as long as they desire.
