How the Heck do you run properly

Cpt. Christopher Buck shows our very own Sgt. Reece Heck how proper running form will decrease your running time and prevent long-term injuries. 

The purpose of this video is to help #OKGuard Soldiers decrease their two-mile time during the Army Combat Fitness Test as well as tips for safe running practices to insure our Soldiers are always healthy, ready, and prepared.

Oklahoma Guard aviation unit trains for deployment to Kosovo

Nearly 50 Oklahoma Army National Guard Soldiers with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion (Assault Helicopter Battalion), 244th Aviation Regiment, 90th Troop Command, are undergoing mobilization training at Fort Cavazos, Texas, in preparation for their upcoming deployment to Kosovo in support of Operation Joint Guardian (KFOR).

The deployment aims to provide mission support for the Georgia Army National Guard’s 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team and contribute to the NATO-led international peacekeeping force in Kosovo, comprised of 27 partner nations.
