Army National Guard

To request Army National Guard flyovers or aviation static displays, requestors must complete, sign a DD Form 2535 Request for Military Aerial Support and submit the form to okngpao@army.mil and richard.n.beam.nfg@army.mil no later than 60 days prior to the actual event date.

Air National Guard

To request Air National Guard flyovers or aircraft static displays, requesters must go to http://www.airshows.pa.hq.af.mil and submit a DD Form 2535 online no later than six weeks prior to the event.
