Sgt. McCale Bailey, the Oklahoma National Guard's top recruiter for 2023, shows how the relationships he fosters with his local schools leads to his great recruiting success. So far for the year 2024, Sgt. Bailey has recruited 30 individuals to join the Oklahoma National Guard, 12 of them being from Southmoore High School alone.
